Tea C. Dietterich, Director
Director Tea C. Dietterich is a NAATI Advanced Translator and Interpreter and holds degrees in Translation, Interpreting, Linguistics and Cultural Studies for Spanish, English, German and French from the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (FASK Germersheim) and University of Granada (EUTI). Tea has also studied in Montpellier, France and has travelled extensively throughout the world. Recruited by the German Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce as their Head Interpreter and Translator as well as the author for the German “Business Traveller's Guide to Sydney & the Olympic Games”, Tea came to Sydney in 1997.
In 1999, Tea founded Multimedia Languages & Marketing, now known as 2M Language Services (2M), in Western Australia. In 2000, she established an Indigenous Language Interpreting Service, the “Kimberley Interpreting Service (KIS)” in WA that provides NAATI accredited interpreters in indigenous languages, and was instrumental in promoting the rights of Aboriginal people to the services of interpreters. In 2002, she moved to Cairns where she opened another branch of her company.
Today Tea operates out of the 2M Head Office in Brisbane and the newly established 2M Paris office. She is the current President of the Australian Institute for Translators & Interpreters Inc. (AUSIT) QLD, sits on the AUSIT National Council and on the NAATI RAC (NAATI Regional Advisory Council) and works closely with major stake holders in the translation & interpreting industry on a day to day basis. Voted Multicultural Entrepreneur by the Lord Mayor's Multicultural Unit Brisbane, Tea is an active business mentor with a special interest in the Australian Export Industry.
Tanja M. Forestier, Director of Operations
Tanja joined 2M in June 2007. Before that, she was based in Cologne for five years working with international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. With previous stints in New York and London, Tanja has vast experience in managing international projects. She studied translation and applied linguistics at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, FASK Germersheim as well as history of arts at the University of Bamberg.
She is a NAATI Professional German Translator in her own right.
Tanja is the calm and clever brain behind the 2M Head Office.
Verena Klarmann-Potschka, Business Development Manager & Project Management
Our latest addition to the 2M team is a “Berliner Kindl”. Verena grew up in Southern Spain’s Andalucia Region and Berlin and completed. tertiary studies in Germany in the health sector. She then moved on to international event management and accounting in Brussels and Switzerland before relocating to Australia in 2010. A software and CAT tool specialist, fluent in three languages and with her determined can do attitude, Verena makes sure multilingual projects are delivered for her clients on time, on brief and on budget. If not in the office, Verena can be found in her 4WD exploring the Australian Outback.
Olivier Caslin, Editor, Copywriter
Olivier is a French journalist and foreign correspondent (Press ID No: 84079) working for a number of French newspapers and publications including La Croix, La Tribune, L'Equipe, Ouest-France. He is a member of the Foreign Correspondent Association (FCA) and reports on a daily basis to France about Australia and the Asia Pacific Region. Olivier is in charge of copy writing and editing.Olivier joined 2M in 2003.
John Bosak, Studio Engineer
Studio Engineer John Bosak is in charge of all Voice Over Productions. He records, edits, mixes and finalizes Voice Over or Dialogue recording to multiple formats including .WAV files, AIFF files and high quality MP3 files. John Bosak's CV covers all areas of sound production. John progressed into Live/Touring sound in the 80's then went on to become 'in-house' engineer for Brisbane's most popular recording studio 'Starsound'. There he was awarded "Best Studio Engineer" 3 years in a row (1988/89/90) by the Qld Recording Industry Assoc. For the last 15 years John has worked on dozens of international/national and local productions, documentaries and a multilingual voiceovers. No matter what language, dialect or accents our voice talents have… John makes sure they sound fabulous!

Laura Ercole, Typesetting & Desktop Publishing Manager 
Laura is one of Australia's most experienced DTP specialists. She began to work in the industry as a high-level translator and was one of the first to train in desktop publishing software. Her 20 years of experience in multilingual/multiscript desktop publishing, combine with a comprehensive knowledge of foreign languages and creative design skills. Laura has been the driving force behind 2M's typesetting department since she joined the team in 2003.
Laura holds NAATI accreditation on Advanced Translator and Professional Translator level for English and Italian.
Perth
Brad Hile, Multimedia Manager
Brad has been working with the 2M team since November 2000. He has built countless websites, programmed multilingual applications, designed international marketing collateral and brochures and is the Head of 2M's multimedia department.
Patient and calm, he ensures that our clients' websites are up to date, optimised, multilingual and attractive.
But ..careful! Sometimes he goes walkabout... most likely trekking in Nepal!
