Despina is in charge of managing our workforce of over 3,000 interpreters in the aspects of training, professional etiquette and intercultural competency. A NAATI-certified interpreter and translator herself, she has extensive experience in critical settings such as hospital interpreting or judicial interpreting.

Professional accountant and HR manager, Mariola oversees financial control, reporting and employee management at 2M. Mariola drives efficiencies and processes across the financial department through use of her technical knowledge and appreciation for innovative change.
Mariola holds a master's degree in Professional Accounting and a master's in Business Administration.

Born in Colombia, Juliana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Modern Languages from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a Master’s Degree in Translation and Interpreting from the University of New South Wales. Juliana leads the LATAM team and is in charge of operations and managing clients across The Americas & Canada.

Rhizza Dida brings over six years of experience in the language industry across international markets. She specialises in language services and operations, coordinating interpreting and translation projects across a range of industries.
She holds an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from the University of London and has completed PMI – Project Management Professional (PMP) training, with further academic and professional experience across the Gulf region, Myanmar, Singapore, and the Philippines.
With a background in law and experience in operations and project management, she takes a structured and practical approach to her work.

Xavier has over 15 years of experience in the translation industry, specialising in translation and project management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpreting and a master’s degree in Biomedical Translation.

Within the translations team, Xavier plays a hands-on role, coordinating projects, supporting colleagues, and contributing to typesetting and design to ensure content is accurate.
