Since 2018, we are the preferred provider of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders languages to Queensland Health Hospitals. It is crucial to provide access to health services in the patient’s own language when there is a communication barrier. This help to improve the service, the customer experience and reduce stay length and the number of appointments needed.
Providing the service for those languages is a challenge because or remote areas and distance but thanks to our 2M lingo platform, the nurses and doctors can access our medical interpreters remotely via video or telephone interpreting when onsite is not an option.
