Our commitments during the global COVID-19 crisis

We would like to update you on how 2M Language Services is responding and working through readiness plans as the COVID-19 outbreak evolves as well as confirm our business continuity planning.

2M Language Services have a contingency plan in place for situations such as COVID-19, and our operations continue without any disruption and at full operational capacity. We provide seamless multilingual communication with 24-hour coverage.

Remote Meetings and Remote Interpreting

All meetings are conducted virtually until further notice. We are fully functional on remote meetings via Zoom, Webex and our remote video interpreting platform 2M Lingo. Please contact us for a free trial of our remote interpreting platform.

Working from Home Office and Business Continuity

Our account and project management teams have secure server access for remote work and complete project work from their home offices. Our memoQ server system hosted on our secure private servers complying with Australian Defence Department and AFP requirements allows for remote login for deliverable assignment and execution. All our account and project managers have a dedicated, trained replacement and we ensure business continuity in the event of potential illness. We offer 24-hour coverage where required through our 2M teams in our Asia (Philippines), LATAM (Argentina/Chile) and Europe (France/Germany) 2M offices.

COVID Policies

Our COVID-19 policies for our staff are clear and stringent. We have in place clear policies for our operation regarding the travel ban, working from home office, home office hygiene, social distancing. 2M is a safe space for our team. We are happy to share those with you anytime.

Technology & innovation

We continue to rely on our state-of-the-art technology combined with our flexible team of certified linguists to address our client requirements. Enabling our clients to communicate with their customers and communities in their own language and giving them access to vital information especially during the crisis is paramount to us. We safely and efficiently achieve this through Video Remote Interpreting or Over-the-Phone interpreting using our 2M lingo platform and remote translation services.
